MaestroFlor at a glance
-
What it is
A network that brings flower orders from senders around the world to independent local florist shops.
-
Who it's for
Independent florists with a shop, who want more orders without more marketing.
-
Cost to join
Free. No joining fee, no subscription. What we quote on an offer is what you're paid.
-
How you're paid
90% on your MaestroFlor card the moment you accept. The remaining 10% once your photo of the bouquet is approved. Both before you deliver.
-
Your commitment
None. No contract, no minimum. You accept or decline each order.
-
How orders reach you
By email, text and push notification, showing the bouquet, the area, the date and your payout before you decide.
-
What you need
The phone you already have. In English, Spanish, German, French or Italian.
From offer to delivered, in four steps
-
An offer reaches your phone
Email, text, or a push notification the moment an order comes in near you. You see the bouquet, the area, the date and exactly what you'd be paid, before you decide anything.
-
Accept it, or don't
Take it and the full address appears. Not for you? Ignore it or decline. It goes to another florist, and nothing counts against you.
-
90% is yours immediately
The moment you accept, 90% of your payout is on a card you can charge that same day, before you've bought a single stem.
-
Photo, then the rest
Make the bouquet, upload one clear photo. We check it against the order and release the remaining 10%. Then you deliver. You're paid in full before the flowers leave your shop.
One network. Many sources of orders.
An order placed in New York for a mother in Girona. A company in Tokyo thanking a client in Milan. A relay service in Chicago passing an order to Europe.
Orders reach MaestroFlor from our own flower shops, from partner brands, and from online stores and apps that plug into our network. You don't deal with any of them. To you, every order looks the same: one offer, one price, one date, on your phone.
We look after the customer, the payment, and the delivery promise. You do what you do best: make a beautiful bouquet and deliver it. No chasing payments, no handling complaints, no marketing costs.
A sketch of four sources of orders, our flower shops, partner brands, online stores, and apps and services, with curved arrows flowing from each of them into a single circle marked MaestroFlor. From that circle, one arrow leads to a small shopfront marked Your shop, with a phone beside it showing a New order card.
We pay up front. You deliver quality.
Every order is someone's "I love you", "I'm sorry", or "I'm thinking of you", sent from too far away to say it in person. The sender can't see the bouquet. They're trusting you, and us, completely.
So the deal is simple: we trust you with the money before you've bought a stem, and you commit to making the bouquet as shown, and delivering it on time. That's the entire contract, and it's why there isn't a longer one.
Questions florists ask before joining
How much does MaestroFlor charge florists?
MaestroFlor charges florists nothing: no joining fee, no subscription, no contract and no minimum. The payout quoted on an offer is what you are paid, with no commission or fees taken off it afterwards. MaestroFlor earns its money on the customer’s side of the order, which has already been paid before an offer reaches you.
How does MaestroFlor pay florists?
MaestroFlor pays 90% of the payout the moment the florist accepts an order, onto a MaestroFlor card that works like any other card. The remaining 10% is released once the photo of the finished bouquet is approved. Both payments arrive before the florist delivers, so there are no invoices to write and nothing to chase.
How do florists get more flower orders with MaestroFlor?
MaestroFlor brings flower orders placed by senders around the world, through its own flower shops, partner brands and online stores and apps, to the independent florist nearest the recipient. Each order arrives on the florist’s phone as an offer showing the bouquet, the area, the date and the payout, and the florist accepts or declines. There are no marketing costs.
Do I need to change how I run my shop to work with MaestroFlor?
No. MaestroFlor fits around your shop: there is no contract and no minimum, you accept or decline each order, and declining carries no penalty. You only need the phone you already have, with no dashboard to watch and nothing to set up in advance. You make each bouquet to the photo and recipe on the order, and deliver it.
What if nobody is home, or the address is wrong?
Tap "Report a problem" on the order. It reaches us with the order attached, a person answers fast in your language, and we deal with the customer so you don't have to.
Can I substitute a flower I can't get?
Small substitutions are fine within clear, published limits, and never on roses. When in doubt, report a problem and ask before you swap.
What if my photo isn't approved?
We tell you why, you upload another, and the order stays yours. The remaining 10% is released as soon as the photo is approved.
What if I accept an order and then can't make it?
Hand it back as early as you can. It goes straight to another florist, and handing back doesn't count against you. Going quiet does.
How do I join?
Fill in a short form about your shop, it takes a minute. Within 24 hours, usually less, you'll get an email with the link to your MaestroFlor account.
Want to receive orders?
